Minimum requirements of €/$ 15 million is preferred.
Maximum has no effective limit with major projects being of particular interest
Up to 85% of GDC (Gross Development Costs) for acquisition and construction.
In some special cases 100% funding can be provided
Maximum 75% of GDV (Gross Development Value) Loan solutions preferred.
Capital and interest moratorium (rollup) can be accommodated
